| Tips by Past Client and Personal Stylist, Alyssa Peterson |

Whether staging your home to sell or just spring cleaning, personal stylist and founder of Cashmere & Wit (www.cashmereandwit.com), Alyssa Peterson has these tips:
- Reduce clutter by putting everything on the same kind of hanger. "Thin hangers like Joy Manago Huggable Hangers at Target buy you even more space."
- Organize by item then color. "This also helps you see what you have. You may notice you need more color, fewer black pants."
- If you're moving, keep 40% of your wardrobe that you can't live without and pack up everything else.
I recently had a "Closet Cleanse" by Alyssa and was surprised by how much I was able to part with...four garbage bags of clothes and shoes! We identified items that were missing from my wardrobe and went on an efficient follow-up shopping trip. I finally feel like I'm in control of my closet!
If you sign up for a service with Alyssa it includes a KLUTCHclub box, another cool service from my current client, Julie Baskin. KLUTCHclub (www.klutchclub.com) is a new monthly subscription service that sends a hand-picked and “themed” box of holistic health, fitness and wellness products – organic protein bars, workout wear, skincare products, teas, etc. – right to your doorstep every month, making it a no brainer to incorporate healthier choices with ease. You can see the box I received pictured here.
You may recognize Alyssa from a past newsletter. Here's her home buying story we featured in September. She has been very busy!
