Mike was a true professional during the entire experience. His suggestions regarding the pricing, preparation and presentation of my home proved to be as accurate as I could ever have hoped for! His Brokers' Open House was a success and we had at least four showings per week. We had two offers during the fourth week of the listing... He handled the negotiation of the sale of my home with his expert knowledge which resulted in a swift agreement on both sides of the table.
