I have to say that Debbie is a great realtor and if you think she is good selling, you should see her when you have her shop for your new place. She would even pick you up at 10pm or 8am....if those were the only times you have to look at places. In 2 weeks, she showed me almost 40 places all matching my criteria. She takes the time to get to know you and your style and has lots of tips as to good buys and bad buys because not only does she know the history of most of the buildings in the city but she also knows most of the realtors to help get you a good deal when you find the place you like. She is hard working and better yet is honest in giving you feedback and ideas to help you make the right decision.
I highly recommend you choosing her to help you find your new place. My husband and I had been considering the many options available to us in the real estate market. We viewed condos, single family houses, and even multi unit buildings as we searched for a home.
