Britta Rivera has worked in the real estate industry for the past 17 years and has been involved in launching dozens of successful developments in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. She formed Britta Rivera Venture to offer superior service & professionalism to clients in need of housing assistance.
Britta received her real estate license in 1995 and is currently a licensed real estate broker in Illinois. She has been awarded the honors of Top Producer & MVP, and has received numerous Million Dollar Awards in the real estate industry.
She is known for her superior customer service, strong negotiation skills, incredible follow-up and dedication to the real estate industry. During the span of her many years in real estate, she has sold hundreds of homes and has managed dozens of successful multi-million dollar developments. During her career in real estate, she has held the position of Vice President of Sales and General Manager for many high profile real estate companies. She uses her management experience to provide professional service to her clients and exceptional marketing strategies.
Within the last few years the housing market has shifted, so she has adapted to the needs of the consumer. Using creative sales and marketing techniques she is able to assist sellers with strategic planning. Including, aligning with a short sale negotiation team in an effort to assist sellers, who may need alternative listing arrangement.
