Earning a client’s trust and confidence is key to every representation Beth undertakes. “Helping people attain their goals is what it’s all about”. Her dedication, attention to details and creativity have served her clients well—from first time home purchasers to multi-unit developers—resulting in outstanding sales achievement from the very beginning of her career in real estate. She is comfortable working with buyers and sellers in all areas of real estate, and she has personal experience in new construction. Beth will work for you until every detail has been met and your transaction is complete.

Beth draws upon her knowledge of the community gained from residing on the North Shore for almost thirty years. Her familiarity with local schools and organizations developed from her active leadership roles in the PTA, and various boards including the New Trier Executive Committee. Before joining Koenig & Strey Real Living in 2002 Beth had almost twenty years of sales marketing and consumer affairs experience with Bristol Myers-Squibb and The NutraSweet Company.

Beth is one of approximately 4000 Realtors nationwide who have earned the accredited Buyers Representation designation. This designation is the benchmark for excellence in buyer representation. In 2011, she also earned her Certified Negotiation Expert accreditation, which makes her a Master Negotiator.

An honors graduate of the University of Illinois, Beth has taken graduate courses in marketing communications. She is married to a real estate attorney and has three children who are products of the Winnetka Public School system and New Trier High School.

As a mother of a two-time cancer survivor, Beth is personally grateful and an active fundraiser for The American Cancer Society, Make a Wish Foundation, and The Leukemia Lymphoma Society. The latter receives a donation after every transaction she successfully closes.
