Renters Insurance

A landlord carries insurance to protect their property and their interests, not yours.

Personal Property
Take a look around at all of your possessions. How much would it cost you to replace your personal property in the event of fire, natural disaster, or robbery?  Besides just your furniture and your clothing, at a minimum you’d have to also replace your dishes, silverware, television, mp3player, computer, any musical instruments you own, bikes or sporting equipment. 

Liability
What if someone slipped and fell on your freshly mopped kitchen floor?  Or, what if someone slipped on snow or ice on your front walk? You may only pay rent, but you could be held liable for injuries sustained within your rental property.
