Sitting on the corner of Prospect and Main Streets is the Koenig & Strey Park Ridge office. It overlooks beautiful Hodges Park, City Hall, the Public Library and the Metra Stop, in the heart of Park Ridge. Formerly The Gillick Office, established in 1901, the interior of this historic building was newly remodeled in 2012. Keeping up with the times, a large screen TV in the office window exhibits all of the office’s listings for passerby’s’ to enjoy.
Industry veteran Eileen O’Grady is the managing broker. She well understands the Koenig & Strey commitment to superior customer service from her own background as a successful real estate company owner and broker. For many years she managed her family’s business, O'Grady Realty & Builders, Inc., located on Milwaukee and Bryn Mawr in Gladstone Park, which was acquired by Koenig & Strey in 2007. Since the acquisition she has been successful in real estate sales until tapped for the position of Broker Manager by Koenig & Strey.
